There will be no guarantee that your child will be on the same team as anyone else from your town, we will put families together if at all possible (in appropriate age brackets). Mail your application with payment to the above address. Remember, August 11 is the deadline and a $5.00/child late fee will apply. We are always in need of sponsors, coaches, and officials.
